S&W Redevelopment has been at the forefront of New York State’s new brownfield laws and currently has more properties successfully completed under the state’s Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) than any other developer or consultant.
Working closely with the NYSDEC to promote the BCP, S&W Redevelopment has co-presented the program across the state with NYSDEC policy makers. S&W Redevelopment owned the first site admitted into the BCP and one of the first three sites to be issued a Certificate of Completion. In 2006, S&W Redevelopment was responsible for a third of the properties issued Certificates of Completion in New York State.
As a whole, S&W Redevelopment is especially talented at identifying business opportunities, molding them into tangible projects, and generating success not only for the company, but more, for all parties involved.
